Facility Rental Rates
In order to guarantee your
date, all forms and 50% of the rental fee must be received at
time of reservation. The remaining balance, security deposit and
all other fees will be due 90 days prior to your event.
Nocatee Room
The Nocatee Room is the perfect location for a wedding ceremony,
wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate function or private
party. Complete with catering kitchen, this new special occasion
rental facility has everything you need for a successful event. The
neo-classical design includes a romantic fireplace, a vaulted,
wood-beam ceiling and french doors that lead to a plantation-style
balcony. This charming, yet elegant location will provide an
unforgettable experience.

The Brides Room
The intimate Bride's Room is dream-like in style and utility.
Paired with its own private restroom, ottoman, floor-to-ceiling
mirror and closet, this room will give the Bride the perfect place
to relax and prepare for her big day.
Seabreeze Conference
Room
The sophisticated Seabreeze Room is the ideal location for your
next corporate meeting or intimate dinner party. The board room
comes complete with seating for twelve, a private restroom,
wrap-around private balcony and state-of-the-art technology
including conference call capability and high-speed
internet.
The Green
This beautiful event lawn is the perfect outdoor setting for
your wedding ceremony, reception or other social gathering. While
beautifully landscaped scenic green spaces are a standard at
Nocatee, The Green takes this standard to a new level. With space
to accomodate 200 people, the lively atmosphere is second only to
the beauty of its surroundings.
